Returns, Exchanges and Order Issues

We take a lot of pride in what we make in the studio and if you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please let us know.

• If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items purchased through sabrinavolante.com are eligible for returns and exchanges. Apparel and accessory purchases must be returned unused.

• Contact us by email at design@sabrinavolante.com within 30 days of purchase to start the return and exchange process. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be applied.

• Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
